My time at the residence in, every single time . Is great. I've bin 3 times while visiting my gf and every single time I expect to run into a problem. The extremely competent staff had a selution. 5 out of 5 will do again. The rooms are great the staff is great and it's quiet and in the cut. Keep it up guys.

Check in was swift especially because we did that through the app. Upon checking into the room it was perfect temperature and clean. I was looking for the ice chest to grab ice for our drinks and to my surprise they don’t have an ice chest(called front desk and was told previous guests have stolen them🤔 & they’re currently on back order) so I resorted to putting ice in the big pitcher (you’d make lemonade or put water in ) then the next day I go to breakfast and that was pretty much grab and go options (Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, instant oatmeal, bagels , English muffins, fruit, juices, coffee and or tea) that was ok. The app on this day was down and I requested towels and extra firm pillows (too soft feather pillows) I had to go to the front desk to get them since the app was down although I requested them. For this place to have a small kitchen area to prepare meals they could definitely use better pots and pans(scratches all over all of them no longer nonstick )The bathroom here (toilet water was too low in the bowl and not a big fan of the half glass shower door option ) but overall not a bad stay but I cannot say we’ll stay again and for the price no not really at all. Thanks anyway

Staff is excellent. Room was great! Food was pandemic style but the staff was very accommodating and went out of their way the entire stay to make sure it was pleasant. We check in at night a lot and they weren’t hiding in back, we friendly and upbeat!!
