Within 3 days I applied and am moving into a nice newer home. Staff in office was best of best. Couldn’t ask for an easier more friendly kind. Definitely recommend! 2 years later I’ve had issues of office personal cutting and killing my rose bush with no warning at all and snotty attitudes because they don’t provide a notice for the gold key service and I wouldn’t let them in at that moment. (They literally just watched me carry a large freezer in) I’ve had my home broke into by someone still living in the park as well…

Lot rent runs $500ish. We have rentals with option to buy after so many on time rent payments. They will apply to purchase I think! Great place to live!
I have a large 3 bed with 2 full bath with a master bathroom and pay 1006 but that includes my water bill every month and our 25$ a month pet fee
Why is it in these mobile home parks. They are always losing water pressure. Perry mi. We get all kinds of answers, what about you guys.
