The leasing office never got a call nor gave a response call. My application has approved 2 month ago I did not get agreement yet. I have paid $100 application fee , $300 deposit and all documents . Waiting for the document to sign. UPDATE: I got a call back after this review. Changed to 3 stars.(8/19)

The front office staffs are nice, however I got very bad treatment from the maintenance supervisor. One night, my bedroom roof was leaking and there was water on the floor, I had to make multiple maintenance request. The maintenance supervisor behave rudely next day for putting multiple request. The leasing office staffs are nice, and I appreciate that they initiate adding new facilities around the building, but the behavior of the maintenance staffs need to be better.
