We had to relocate from FL and had to do everything over the phone/internet. The staff made this experience so easy, a 6 year old could do it. We have a 3 bdrm and it is spacious. I love the fact that in the master, there's a 3/4 bath (toilet/shower) so I don't have to howl after my kids to get out of the bathroom so I can get a shower. I've not had any problems with maintenance other than waiting for parts, which is normal. Yeah, had to get a keyfob to get to the pool/weight room after hours for $75. But I know of other apt complexes which if you don't use those things during office hours, tough luck, can't use them. I know of other complexes who have no amenities and charge more than here. Overall great experience and we've lived here since April. No plans to move anytime soon. We like it here and will gladly give them our money due to such an incredible experience.
