Customer service was so on point at this establishment. They went way above and beyond to meet our accommodations. Not only was customer service Great their teamwork was also wonderful. The rooms were everything that was needed. They don't have a pool but partner with one across the street. The have a garden that you can freely pick in and use. The patio area is wonderful with a grill to use. Thank you for making our stay so amazing and for helping us rectify our issue.

My wife and I were traveling through the weekend to see family and for a test she had for med school at MSU. We requested a pack n play and this hotel actually set it up prior to our arrival. They also provided a blanket and little bottles of baby shampoo and baby lotion. The room was gorgeous. It looked like it was recently renovated, but it could just be great upkeep. Parking was also really great. We got a spot super close to the entrance. This hotel is great and will be my first choice every time I come to Lansing or East Lansing.

The TownePlace Suites East Lansing is a super friendly, comfortable hotel tucked into a pretty neighborhood that has great access to the MSU facilities. The rooms are very clean and super comfortable. The staff is super accommodating and the amenities include kitchens with nice items needed for cooking. The grounds are meticulous with comfortable patio furniture, fire pits and a putting green which is a fun past time. The hot breakfast was quite good and there was never any noise associated with the facility being pet friendly.

Staff is fantastic. Location very convenient. Galley kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, 3/4 fridge, stove, and dishwasher (!). Grounds are well-maintained, with good lighting and security. Street-level parking is a plus. Workspace was spacious and well-lighted.
