Is there a bait and tackle shop near the lake? Also is there a fee to just fish off the bank for a couple of hours even though I am not renting a spot at the resort?

We have all the tackle you will need, to fish in this lake, available in our store. Day use fee is $8 per person.

Live worms are $3.50 tackle your have to go 4 miles east of the resort

The do have bait there but I do not know if you have to pay I don't see why you would.
