Nice quiet place and management is great, you've got to call Wednesday and Saturday everyweek and give them your name so they remember you, it's usually full but if you call all the time they'll remember you and when one comes open they might hold it for you. Nice people and neighbors.

Rates vary.smallest a hundred per week. All full, kinda low turn over. Residents all. Old, but clean,no bugs!
