My husband and I stayed here for a last minute anniversary get away last weekend 7/15/22. It’s a disgusting facility. There were stains on the carpet, stains on the chair cushions, stains on the pillows, broken lock on the door, fan in the bathroom was full of dust and dirt. The bed makes a noise like a run can when you sit or move on it. The toilet shifts when you sit down and the pics online are very deceiving regarding the room size. The grill was nasty and there were filthy utensils left there for use that were never cleaned all weekend. I spoke to someone there to discuss my concerns and they had zero interest in assisting or addressing my concerns. I would not recommend and will not stay there again.

We came to New Hampshire to explore and check out this beautiful state. While doing so we stayed here for a week. The staff was absolutely amazing very polite and courteous. The room was super clean and cozy. We even took advantage of having a BBQ on site for guests and had our own little BBQ. When the weather was nice we took a dip in the pool which might I add was super clean. We got to experience a bear roaming through the property. Just an over all wonderful time here. We will back for sure!!

Really enjoyed the stay here. The location is very convenient to shopping, amenities and the area's natural resources. Service at the front desk was fast and friendly. The room(15) was clean, well stocked and the bed super comfy. For the price, location and room quality, this place is wonderful. Planning to come back!

The bride and I stayed for two nights for a long weekend. Had stayed there for about 5 years running during bike week . We were very pleased to see new owners are still keeping the friendly family atmosphere.. there were some upgrades since we had been there last (couple years ago) we were so happy with our stay I booked our bike week vacation I June with them.
