You can make a camping reservation for a maximum of 14 days in NC State Parks. Information is on the Reserve America Website when you go to make your reservation.
There are hook ups but I'm not sure about long term camping.
I don't think so. There are no hookups, at least that I know of.
I don't see why you couldn't, but I doubt they have yearly rates.
