Absolutely no
As a fellow mom who's pushed many a stroller, I'd say you can go down most trails while they stay level and sandy/smooth. The Fish Trap trail gets steep and very bumpy and honestly, I worry about you if you tried those rock steps with a stroller and a bundle in the tummy..... My long winded point - you can do most most trails, just not in their entirety to keep you and your babies safe :)
Hey there! No. Wagons, strollers, and coolers are not recommended at all for the trails at Raven Rock. It is a State Park with all natural surface trails, so many loose rocks and roots, steps, stairs, bridges, etc. Some municipal parks have paved or graded trails which is good for strollers, however that is not the case at State Parks. They're typically more rugged and terrain is more challenging. Speaking from experience, staff frequently find broken coolers, wagons, strollers, along the trail where thy broke and people left them as litter. Please do not do this. It would most likely be easier to explore Raven Rock State Park when your little ones are older. Hope this helps!
