We have it all. A complete line of strength machines, a complete line of free weights and plate loaded machines, all different kinds of cardio equipment, both Personal and Group Training sessions, tanning, etc.
They do have a full selection of free weights, machines, as well as cardio equipment. They also provide personal training as well as a tanning bed. This facility recently underwent a massive renovation basically doubling its size. I've never experienced having to wait on any equipment in the four years I've gone to this gym.
Yes they do! They just renovated to make more room for weight machines and free weights!
They have a large free weight area along with machines. Plenty of cardio equipment also.
