I love going to this Target. I do get to go out much due to the distance and having a ragging toddler at the moment. I did an online purchase and the pick up process was easy and quick! I even went and picked up a few things because I was on my lunch break and had a few minutes to spare.

When I went in Target Tuesday night, I asked an associate in girls if there were any white belts for my 7 y/o daughter. We looked in girls. Finding none we went to boys,none there so she took me to ladies where we found the perfect belt. Very nice lady!

If you are only exchanging for a different size you should not need the receipt and the item has to still be in "new' condition
That has not been my experience...but you know, it is retail. Maybe you just went in after they've had a long shift of grumpy customers. Course I haven't checked out Target's application process...could be that sourpuss is a requirement.
