I would like to say I enjoy this store but from a handicap perspective I can't. First the handicapped spots are to close together second you go into the store and the merch. Is to close together and they have items parked in middle of the isles. I'm afraid this store ranks low. I'm very disappointed. Bad store! Think about disabled people we have money to.

Went to buy shoes. I have a crippling disability and have difficulty finding shoes that I can wear or even get my foot into. A salesperson approached and offered assistance. She was great!! Within 10 minutes I was leaving with a new pair of shoes! Last time I went shopping for shoes I was there for almost 2 hours. I don't know if I happened to come on a good day or if kohl's has done better training, but today 3 different salespeople greeted me and asked if I was finding everything or needed assistance. It was great customer service! 👏👏👏👏

Was okay. Lady discussed her to rate her on a survey but completely disregarded the tag on the item I got that was letting off the security system. didn’t even bother checking I had to walk over and get it removed.

I do love Kohl’s for their prices and selection (the perfume could go down a notch, I have allergies) but the latest experience I had proved how kind they can be. I was in the store picking up a Mother’s Day gift on Saturday when I found out on a phone call that I had to leave immediately to get a family member to medical help. I needed to check out quickly and hopped in line with what I had, but it was busy and the line was backed up. One of the associates (I think her name was Linda) had overheard enough of the conversation to know what was going on and told me that if I needed to leave in a hurry, she would check me out at a different register. I have never been so grateful to a store associate! She got me through and quickly so I could get to my family and what ended up being the emergency room. Thank you for caring!
