Ole timey Lexington is amazing! We have gotten 200patties for them for years for relay for life. The have always been so helpful and friendly. The taste of their meat is the best. My family also gets steaks from them and the taste is the best around. They are friendly, courteous and always have a smile on their face!

Ole Timey Meat Market in Lexington is never disappointing! Thank you for the prefectly cut rib roast. I seasoned this bone in rib roast yesterday with a paste I made from fresh elephant garlic, salt, & coarsely ground pepper. After I slathered it with the paste I sprinkled it with Badia and drizzled it with evoo. Around lunch I will coat it in coarse sea salt before putting it in the oven. 🥲🥲🥲😋😋

Yes it is for restocking. Need change the time. Confuses a lot of ppl. Losing business on thursday and sunday.
We can age them for you if you would like. We do not keep loins pre aged. As far as flavor and taste, it depends on the individual customer. Some customers like it others don’t care for it.

We can, but we have to grind about 5# total because of the size of our grinder, anything less and it won’t come out.
