Great hike! Interesting rock formations and 3 different hikes. Not for the beginner, a lot of roots and inclines. Beautiful place. Great small day trip close to Columbia.

Peaceful hike, at your own pace. Didn't initially know if we were in the right spot from what was provided by Google Maps b/c parking was directly off highway, although it's accurate. We really appreciated the trail-tree arrows and labeling! That was extremely helpful! Beautiful scenery and feeling of woods. Waterfall was flowing very steadily in late month of May. Seen many lizards and other natural wildlife. There are two Peacetree stops, the first includes the waterfall and the second is more secluded. Thank you to those who work hard to preserve the natural beauty of this area!

Had a really nice time with my puppy and husband. Big Peacht7Rock fell over in 2013 but Little Peachtree is still standing. Couldn't find it though. The trails are poorly marked and there are no accurate maps so it can be tough to navigate. But the trails are generally in good condition. Not suitable for anything with wheels though as there are stairs and steps worn into the trails.

Loved the hike with my kids! The walk was a little hilly but nothing extreme. There were many trails that split off so we referenced the online map frequently. The rock formations were interesting! The terrain is unique to this area, I read this is the only waterfall in this region of SC. Enjoyable outing!

Yes. When oceans washed over the ancient shorelines of the midlands over a million years ago
And the water is good ive been drinking from it since i was a child peach tree rock is one of my favorite places its near by and it keeps me close to mother nature
The rules were obviously posted before the drone craze. I'd check with DNR.
Yes, on a leash.
There isnt a large enough body of water to fish from
There is no admission fee. I don't remember seeing anything about bikes beong prohibited but the trail would require a mountain bike or a fat tire bike because it's quite uneven and some parts of trail are sugar sand. Its a great trail with low traffic so riding here would be great if you have tbe right bike! Hope this helps!
Yes...some kids pushed it over a few years ago
