Parts . You can enter easily via wheelchair from the parking lot to the admission both, then to the park. After that there are ashphalt paths. They offer a tram for extra $$ to visit the whole park. You can see more on the tram than they allow me to see by bike or walking.
There are many paved pathways along beautiful streams with fish, waterfalls and woods that anyone can enjoy. Beautiful serenity for all.
There would certainly be a lot for someone to see from a wheel chair or scooter, but there are things that might be difficult. Like hiking trails and I think there is an old chapel with stairs. On the other hand, all facilities that matter are accessible. I recommend the tram tour.
