If you are looking for just a stopover, this is fine. Anything beyond stopover move on. Our front door was literally two feet from neighbors sewer. Not even space for a picnic table which explains why there are none. Mostly permanent …I'm sorry you did not enjoy your experience with us! We are a small private park, much different than a campground and with very different accommodations. Some of our sites are smaller than others, but that unfortunately is the luck of the draw if reservations aren't made well in advance as prime sites stay booked out. As far as the picnic table, all you had to do was ask myself or my staff and we would have gladly made sure you had one. Thanks for your honest opinion, I will use this to help better experiences for all future guest!

Great place to stay. Close to Dogwood Canyon park, promised land zoo, Branson and ,eurika springs. Easy to find and nice staff.

Great little spot that saved our trip! After arriving to our location that was booked and paid for only to find they were closed- Lampe RV held their last spot for us!

Nice park for what it is. No bathroom or shower. The only thing they really need is better wifi.
