Can you go to restaurant, without paying to go to park

Gotta get a wristband before you get to the restaurant

I believe that you can. However they do apply a wrist band when you have paid an entry fee. But the ticket stand is very close to the restaurant so they probably will allow you to go in to eat without a payment.
