For future reference you can scroll up/down where maps says "get directions" click on it and type in the St Louis location you'll be departing from and choose Dogwood Canyon as your destination and you'll have your answer. Dogwood canyon is approximately 260miles/4hours from St Louis depending upon where your departure location is.
