Yes,when we took the tour at witches mulch there was a parking lot.

The Upper Dells Boat tour will get you there as well. It's well worth it of you get the chance but the tour is 2 hrs

No. The jet boat tour, the 1 hour tour; will take you there. Or the ghost boat tour goes there at 8 PM. The original ducks have rights to that area.
