Yes, you can long-term park, if spots are available. There is no park wifi, so you will need a Hotspot of your own. The rate is $450@mo electric, water and trash included. There is a small coin operated laundry house onsite, an in-ground pool (seasonal obviously, lol) and church.

We promote long term camping! You are never required to move. Rates are 425-450 depending on 30 amp vs 50 amp. Rates include power water sewer and garbage pickup. We have an awesome huge pool and a church inside the campground as well. We have several other amenities including a laundry and basketball and tennis court. No Wi-Fi but satellite is available to you.
