Allen's Creek is both a nice place to visit and a good place to live. Some ppl think it's an amusement park but it's a Camper/RV resort with cabins for rent. They offer long time and short time rates. They offer shower houses and restroom facilities for residents use. Laundry room also available. They have a 🎾 tennis court, baseball field, 🏀 basketball court, open field for football or soccer, swimming pool church, a lake for fishing 🐟, a playground, and plenty of geese. It's quite and peaceful country living within 15 -30 minutes of flowood's Dogwood shopping area or Brandon, or pearl, or Madison. Great location!

By far the worst place we have ever lived, management is backwards and they discriminate against those who are "different". Management talks bad about tenants and picks on disabled individual's. Only live here if you want your life to be controlled by the neighbors lies and the abuse of the manager.

Yes, you can long-term park, if spots are available. There is no park wifi, so you will need a Hotspot of your own. The rate is $450@mo electric, water and trash included. There is a small coin operated laundry house onsite, an in-ground pool (seasonal obviously, lol) and church.
