Apartments and facilities are nice, but expect to get hit with the most petty charges imaginable when you move out. I left 2 magnets on my refrigerator and a fishing rod in the outside closet and was charged $400.John, we hate to hear that you had a negative experience with charges once moving out. I'm thinking of moving here & from what I could see, it is a lovely complex. Gated community, people were at the pool, neighbors were on their patio & spoke to us. I lived here several months before paying to break my lease. The walls are very thin. You can literally hear your neighbors entire conversation and every movement. The office staff are friendly and the grounds are up kept. Parking could be challenging as well at times. My experience at this complex was less than desirable. The location is great.
