If you have a problem and call the number listed on the website it goes to some person named Joe (he will not give his last name). Says he is the general manager. He will take a few weeks to call you back and it will be from a Nashville, TN number. He and I talked twice I was told I would be credited for the amount my card was charged just to take my bank statements to the manager at the store. I did that then was told I can only have credits for a car wash only. Now Joe had originally said I would get my money back then he had the store manager call me and offer me two months of car washes. He TRIED to over talk me several times. Just ridiculous, I have been with them since pretty much the start of their business and to be treated this way is awful. I will tell any and everyone that will listen do not be loyal to this company because that are most certainly not loyal to their consumers.
