it really depends on your physical health. anybody with knee problems or back problems might find it very arduous..you've got to travel in upward straight staircases approximately 300 feed at different stages, not all at one time but at different stages so if you have no problems climbing stairs then the Shasta caverns is a wonderful wonderful tour. !
not very difficult, but not for people with walking disabilities either. There are stairs and steps to climb but rather easy
