I would say no
No. Smoking is allowed inside so it's not a place for kids.
It is non smoking until 3 pm every day and we have welcomed families during lunch hours.

Umm I wouldn't call it kid friendly in the evenings... It's often smokey and there really isn't any accomodations for kids. At the same time during the day, I wouldn't say it's anti.child either. At night tho it's a full bar bar.
