Everyone who works here is really nice, the lines can move a bit slow but overall I've always had good experiences at this CVS

This one star is not for all staff. Ms. Treymaine, Ms. Indiya, Ms. Carmelia, and the lady with the blonde braids are ALWAYS professional. If I could give some of the other staff a zero I would. I just called to see if my medication I dropped off yesterday was ready and waited 14 minutes before someone even acknowledged the call. They have a habit here of not stating their names because they are ALWAYS rude to the customers. Its 612pm onb5/13 and I've been in the drive thru waiting so I called to inquire only to get a very rude male who was very nonchalant, uncaring, and just plain unprofessional. I inquired about the med and informed him it was supposed to be ready last night and that I was in the drive thru. He tried to iver talk me and eventually hung hp in my face. CVS coporate you have to do something about the professionalism and if staff dont want to be here ship their butts out. I understand the shortage of staff and the lack of manpower as we are all facing challenging times but I refuse to patronize the people you have with the bad attitudes in my community. I have a problem with him hanging up in my face. I have Screenshot the call and will be reaching out to your corporate office.

I'VE BEEN WITHOUT MY LIFE SAVING MEDICATION FOR 3DAYS NOW!!!! All medications are very important. My experience with this location leads me to advise anyone who really needs any medication to stay alive to think twice and maybe NOT to let this location FILL IT people !!! YOU WILL MOST LIKELY GO WITHOUT IT AND RISK GRAVE CIRCUMSTANCES BASED ON THEIR TIMELINESS! (just my opinion)

Love this location! It's convenient from my office and Germaine is always friendly and knowledgeable in regards to the questions that I ask her! I save lots of money using my CarePass and I always use my ExtraCare card for extra savings....Thanks CVS East Point, see you soon!!
