The manager at this location needs to be managed. Terrible attitude and she don’t seem to have knowledge of how to make the beverages. I expect that from employees sometimes but not a manager. The last two times I went there she didn’t make my drink properly and I watched her make it. I mentioned to her that there was no cream in my cold brew she said well you didn’t ask for it. I pointed out to her that it was on the sticker that they stick on the cup with all the other ingredients that I requested. She took it back and put some cream in it and handed back to me in a rude manner. The last two times I’ve gone there she fixed my order and it wasn’t right.

I was on my way to the airport and this location is on the way. Some days they are so packed the lines wrap around the building. Luckily the line moves quick. They always have what I want in stock. My order has always been on point. We always received great service. The employees are pleasant, efficient and we will be back. Thank you.

Avoid this location like the plague. Ample staff wanders about like they haven't the slightest clue what is going on. Very obviously not even remotely trained. In light rush conditions waited over 45 minutes for 2 drinks. Used to work for Starbucks and this would have been unacceptable in the past but seems the norm now. Seriously don't go here!

Ordered and paid for two fairly simple drinks before we headed there. Arrived maybe 5 minutes after time expected, sat in the drive through for almost 10 minutes before we decided to go inside. Inside was SO LOUD. My fiancée went to get the coffee, and went she got inside, they told her at the counter that they weren't ready yet. Then when they were finished, mine was correct, but they made hers wrong (cold/iced instead of hot). They remade hers, and AGAIN handed her an iced coffee. She told them, again, that it was incorrect, and yet again she was handed another cold coffee. She finally was so frustrated she walked back out to the vehicle. I am disabled and have mobility issues, bit I went inside to speak to the manager. A young man with no identifying clothing or visible name tag said he was the manager, so I explained my dissatisfaction. A very nice young lady behind the bar spoke up and said it was her fault, there was miscommunication, and she would fix it. That seemed to satisfy the manager, as he went back to whatever he was doing. This poor woman had to be a new employee, and she was trying very hard to fix my order, but no one would let her get to the machines to remake it. She did, and though the order was still incorrect (requested no whipped cream, it had it), we just chalked it up to a loss and went on our way. We ordered around 10 after 6, arrived at the store around 6:25, I walked out with the fixed coffee at 7pm, as they were closing. Terrible experience.

This is a standard trained location and they really only understand the basic drinks. For special requests try the Douglassville location or the one in Fayetteville.

Yes, but be aware the line can be super long quite often. They usually do a pretty good job at keeping it moving, though.
