I hate it here. The woman at the front desk was rude and eating snack and not attending to the customers. I walk in and i over heard a man asking how long would his wait be and she immediately answered quickly and said i dont know. I will never be returning #trecy

They got my daughters prescription wrong. Told me they fixed it, they never did. Did not offer to send my medication to Kaiser where my insurance is. I had to go back up to urgent care for them to fix the medication and have them send it to Kaiser. When I could’ve had the medicine in one day, it took me two days to get her medicine with no apology.

The PA and CMA were very concerned about my health. The only thing the wait time is horrible especially if you have an appointment and still had to wait over an hour over your appointment to be seen.

Hello, Yes we do accept Medicare.
They allow walk-ins. Just keep in mind that during the holidays it's more crowded than normal and so if you do a walk in, you'll need to arrive early so they can register you for an appointment.

I can't directly answer this as it ultimately depends on what you may need or require treatment wise. I do believe they tell you up front what your co-pays or out-of-pocket is for base examination/visit when you check in.
I believe it's whatever the copay is based on your insurance. I don't know the cost if one doesn't have insurance.
We would be happy to see you, however we are not in network with either insurance. Try calling the number on the back of your insurance card, they should be able to help you find a facility nearby that is in network.
