DO NOT GO HERE! I went in with a warranty claim, and they said that my car was not covered. The Manager Rick Deads said that he called and checked, but the records show that there was no call placed. They attempted to take advantage of my elderly father, and tried charging him $125 for a service that should be done under warranty! Wasted 2hrs of our time and lied about the services they offer. Stay clear!

Only my second dealership purchase but a completely different one from the first. Loved the experience when we purchased. Looking forward to testing the customer service…… Well, I’ve had 2 services since purchasing here….. the first one wasn’t close out properly and wasn’t seen by the tech for the second service, what I was told when purchasing the car wasn’t true…. The second service they added WATER to my windshield washing fluid making it smear what is on the windshield instead of cleaning, causing a dangerous situation for my wife on the road! Buy here but service somewhere else. WATER DOES NOT CLEAN WINDSHIELDS!

Please save your time and energy and find another dealership. Terrible service after you buy the car. They will follow you like puppy dog till you buy the car and after that you don’t even exist or they have no desire to help when you bring issues with your BRAND NEW CAR. Avoid at all cost. Owner/GM doesn’t even care about calling you back

I think they can work with you. I'm not sure. My daughter (first time buyer)has decent credit and a good job and they were able to get her into a brand new car. They're super friendly, great customer service and the buying process was easy. Hope that helps. Also, the salesmen at Kia, here in Modesto, aren't pushy!!!
I am sure you can make some idea on what the needs are required to be charged no extra fee.

Keep calling or go down there. They are really nice and accommodating. They are still kinda new.
