**** NEW UPDATE**** Vacuums still weak. There's gotta be a clog somewhere. Why they don't fit I don't understand. I've been to different ones and it only seems to be this location and the one on Prescott. Prime shine ...... Mister doesn't matter what they call themselves their vacuums are horrible. Doesn't matter what location they never pick anything up. Oh yeah and I only got tire dressing on one side of car. At least it was drivers side. Lol. Car wash is good but does vary from location to location. Updated wanted....... Vacuums still weak.

Since the shift to Mister Car Wash, the quality of service provided has dropped while the price has gone up. The top priced Mister wash does a poorer job that the lowest price of the old ownership. I imagine they've tweaked the flow rates of both water and product to use less of both and it really shows in the results. Don't bother trying to get an attendant to shoot extra pre-clean on your glass roof; or your rear window because the four times I've gone since the change over they haven't even bothered with a courtesy spray on the front of the vehicle. The four attempts at using the vacuums were also a failure. Either they were turned off for maintenance, the hoses were broken, or the canister was full and wouldn't work. Overall, I'm very sad to see how this old, local chain has fallen with 'new' management.

Poor quality. I know I payed for the best one and the car looked mediocre. The car doesn't get clean in one pass. The tires and rims were okay but the rear windows were still dirty. I do have a positive thing to say and that is the free vacuuming. This place is not what it used to be.
