If you have a membership, it simplifies the return process. Also, you will find their online and phone customer care support able and willing to listen and help you. I myself prefer to return items in the store, especially if I am replacing them

Yes take it back to the store and get your refund without me saying at Best Buy is supposed to close a hundred and some stores I heard online next year that means you don't know how long they'll stay in business
"Bring it back to the store" thats what I did when I ordered online from Best buy I brought the item I ordered online then came in person & everything still worked out I ended up getting a trade for trade tho just had to pay 10 dollars more for my item
