Terrible experience. Pharmacy left me on hold for an hour, never answered the phone. Just wanted to be sure an antibiotic was sent for me from teledoc since it wasn't showing in the app. Never got to speak to anyone in Pharmacy when I showed up. One person was ignoring the phone, the other was trying to do the job of 3 people.

The team here is helpful and thorough in their work. I was assisted with a prescription late at night by a gentleman in the pharmacy and the pharmacist was kind and patient. I’m very happy to see that there is an option for filling prescriptions late at night with such a helpful team.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially when the associate went to the back to check for an item not on the shelf. Their prices are a little higher on some items then other stores but they are also the only business besides gas stations that are 24 hours.

Add the CVS app to your cellphone and register with your local pharmacy. That allows you to order refill perscriptions, request refills from the doctor, and better manage your pharmacy interaction. It will also save you a lot of time and frustration because you will know when your Rx's are ready and will not have to wait at the pharmacy to have them filled when you arrive.
