I have been shopping here for years and have never had any issue. I'm a lawyer and constantly get compliments on the clothes I've bought here--mostly skirts, jackets, and handbags. Prices are phenomenal and are not Goodwill prices (nor do I expect them to be). This is really the only place I go to shop anymore for business/business casual clothes It seems most of the negative reviews deal with selling to them rather than buying from them. I tried to sell some clothes and they said the clothes we’re too young. You’ll should put up a sign to say that or tell your customers what type of clothes u want, instead of having us wait. And they had young people clothing in there too.

Wonderful experience here buying and reselling! Clothes Mentor has a variety of options for my personal shopping needs, and the pricing is fair too. Staff is kind and helpful. Found out it is a woman owned local store, you can feel first hand how she is putting her unique touches to run a excellent establishment and facilitate a comfortable shopping experience. I felt at ease and left satisfied. Will be back, 10/10 recommend!

As my first time visiting Clothes Mentor, I noticed the store environment seemed very negative and not welcoming. Pat was borderline rude/“blunt” with customers, specifically African-American customers while being kind and chatty with white customers. I also observed cliquey and rude behavior between an older employee, Pat and young girl, Logan towards another coworker as they were whispering like high schoolers and expressing obvious unkind words about their coworker even while other customers were still shopping. Keep the store environment positive and store employees should be kind, welcoming, and accepting of all customers and coworkers on their team. Disappointing.
