I have been a Primrose parent and a Primrose teacher. My 4 year old had a wonderful experience at Primrose. The management ensures that your precious child is in safe hands, by selecting the right staff. The teachers here are kind, considerate and most importantly intuitive, as they understand the need of the children. A huge shout out to Ms Taylor and Ms. Epstein (my daughter’s pre k teachers). They brew positivity and you smell it the moment you walk into their classroom. I believe in the balanced learning approach Primrose promotes. Their focus on overall development is nurturing by nature. So glad my daughter could be a part of this process. I enjoyed working here and have come across some lovely people and have made wonderful memories.

DO NOT WORK HERE OR SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! Parents, coworkers and kids are AMAZING!!! Management is as fake as all get out. If you are thinking of accepting a job offer here please reconsider. Management will tell you anything to get you in the door. They are desperate for employees because everyone quits and if you point out their wrong doings you get the boot. I have never worked somewhere with such high turnover. In your interview, management will manipulate you into thinking it’s an amazing school setting, with a healthy balanced lunch and substitutes to accommodate all of your personal needs, that you will get bonuses and blah blah blah. ALL LIES! It’s not a school setting, it’s a glorified babysitting job. The kids are fed slop like syrupy canned fruit every day. There are no substitutes. My grandma who I lived with passed away and the director text me at 8PM that evening while I was with family saying, “since you don’t know when funeral arrangements are, I’m going to need you to come in tomorrow”. There are no substitutes, it’s a lie sis. They refuse to let you use the restroom. I called for restroom three times one day and nobody came and when I went up front Kim and Heather were just chilling in the front office. I got soooo many UTIs and bladder infections in my time here because I couldn’t use the restroom. Once I said I need to go to the doctor for a bladder infection and Sarah said, “you can’t because I need two hours notice” as if I planned to have a bladder infection. In the rare occasion that someone does come they’re sure to tell you, “make it quick”. Also, when it comes time for your bonus they will tell you they can’t afford it lol. PARENTS: your child is not in a school setting they are just being babysat. Your child is being passed from class to class to teacher to teacher all day. However, management likes to stage things as if your child is getting dropped off to the same teacher daily.whatever you’re sent on the iPad about your child’s day is just lies because management writes what they want to save face. I formed extremely close relationships with my students, their parent and my coworkers. However, have never gotten along well with management because I am able to see directly through them. Their only concern is money! They could careless about the employees or children. The parents go out of their way to show you how much they appreciate you. The parents here are amazing! On teacher appreciation day all management gave staff was a $1 scratch off and a fun size 1000 grand bar (not even a full size). Also, the most disturbing part about this place is that I have witnessed small children left unattended several times in the classroom due to the directo’s poor judgement. When the director was confronted with the facts she tried to throw really awesome people under the bus to save her butt and that’s when I decided I had no use for her.

Definitely don’t listen to the negative comments about “my friend’s kid goes here and they say blah blah blah...”. Sounds like an angry employees disguising themselves to me. Everyone is so nice and kind especially Ms. Feagan. :) She’s the best!!

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
Yes, our school has a kindergarten program that utilizes our Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to help prepare children for success in Kindergarten, elementary school, and beyond. Small group lessons offer greater individual attention and our extended hours help support working parents with all-day care.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
