I went to this Best Buy to have them look at my friends computer. When we called we set up an Appointment to see a Geek Squad representative. Went to the appointment and the representative just stated the reason the mouse wasn’t clicking was due to a bloated battery. I had opened up the PC prior to the visit and the battery didn’t look bloated. He basically shoved us out the door and recommended going somewhere else. If they could have just told us that over the phone we would have saved an hour going there and getting back. Total waste of time. The guy could have at least looked at the computer.

As you can see from the pictures, staff coverage is not high on the priority list for this location. When we finally did get someone to help us, we asked for a laptop, she “looked” it up and assured us they had it, only to wait over 10 minutes to find out they didn’t have it. Overall not so pleasant experience. As I was ready to pay for my items, I noticed they have no “regular registers, the only option was one register at customer service! WOW!

Avoid Best Buy in general. The people on the phone direct you to the store, and the people in thr store say they can't help you and you have to call corporate. No one wants to help you. Two times I've come here and been refused service after making large purchases online and it being defective. Despite customer service specifically telling me to go to the store. Never buying from this company again. They are too big of a company to care, and seem to hire employees that don't either.

I visited the store yesterday to resolve a shipping mishap. Immediately upon entry the greeter/security directed me towards the help desk. At Customer Service I was helped by Sarah. She was friendly and absolutely essential with working out my concern in the quickest and simplest way possible. It's always reassuring to have capable and caring associates like Sarah help advise in the customer's best interest. I will be sure to return to this location for future browsing and product help

Yes but they ship it off somewhere else. If you need a screen replaced I would check around tablet repair places way cheaper.
They don't carry LG products in store. You would have to order online...
If you have a membership, it simplifies the return process. Also, you will find their online and phone customer care support able and willing to listen and help you. I myself prefer to return items in the store, especially if I am replacing them
