The buildings all close at 5:00 PM, but the site is open all night. You can drive in and walk around, but you won't be able to go inside.
The entry to Light house is closed at 5pm. You need to be in line by 4.40pm. Adult $8 and kids $4.
Gates are locked at dusk. There are locations in and around the area to view & take great pics of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse from outside the Parks grounds after closing!
Anytime you want, but only to walk around. They do have a moon light visit on full moon nights but you have to have a ticket.
Closes at Sunset, no night access.
The grounds are open 24 hours a day.
