The agreement to rent the room has the statement printed on it. As a regular smoker, it's a pain to walk outside to smoke, but they do have to have the room cleaned and off line for rentals. If you are a non smoker, you should have complained about the smell when you checked in. Or blame it on a candle.

I dont smoke but it is a non-smoking facility here inFlorida they have charge my room $250 in the past even if it smells of smoke they look at you as a tourist almost a one-time guest I would question your credit card
