General store with everything including cat food and Saran wrap, gifts like chocolate covered blueberries and lobster stuffies, ice cream, and deli sandwiches. It said Thursdays were meatloaf but there was pot roast on the hot bar which was Wednesday's special so I didn't get those if they were leftovers and sitting there for 2 days. The sandwiches were about $9 and decent sized. Some mustard got soggy through my panini (sandwich on white bread) but there was lots of ham on it to be filling.

Great provisions place and you will definitely find what your looking for or something very similar. Love the clam chowder here! Also discovered the hamburger soup here too, haven't tried it yet but will one day. If you do before me let me know how it is please.Thank you for your review we do appreciate the time you took to review our cooks make new soups daily so every time you come in you’ll finds new ones hope you do get the hamburger soup some day too Soups are a real staple here 👍👍👍👍👍

The reason behind my one star review had nothing to do with how long I waited for food or waited to pay. That was probably the most pleasurable experience because it was quick and I was able to get out of your store. The reason why I am …Bob? What does this mean? Hard to respond to this other that speculation Did you have to wait 45 minutes over Labor Day weekend for deli food? Because yes it was true. Only 2 cooks one being Helen on most everyday after baking from 5am. Oh and she works 7 days a week too and over 400 meals each day yes waits were long. Oh and by Monday there is about 3 or 4 places open and maybe 2 or 3 of those serve lunch and one other serve breakfast. So long wait times yes it’s the hard fact. Did you have to wait in line at the register? Maybe so. We usually have 4-5 cashiers on the weekends we now have 2. We have one manager working 10 to 12 plus hour shifts 6 days a week and I work 7 days a week taking orders at the deli. These are hard long days. Are we always on our A game? No we are not. Do we all have to listen to people complaining about the wait time or just being incredibly rude ? Yes everyday. We support each other and work with a good show up attitude. And we appreciate that all our staff give everyday and we only ask that all of our customers applaud 👏 them too for showing up and doing their incredibly hard jobs to the best. So Bob not sure if this hit some of your expenses or not since just giving one star ⭐️ doesn’t tell your story but this is our truth. Hopefully you’ll come back and see what we do through our eyes. Bonnie Up date. 9/17/21 Just read your response. I checked in with other staff and some heard this transaction too. They hoped it wasn’t more than a lot of orders being taken and feeling overwhelmed. Not thinking it was being taken seriously certainly it wasn’t intended. These comments are never good from one saying it to on hearing or receiving it. “It’s not what was said but how it made you feel”. I will talk about that again with all staff. You did experience other staff to know it’s not at all how we expect to treat customers. We are all tired and have to hear lots of things that others feel is okay. Goes for both sides. This is important enough to us to take to heart. We do hope you give us another try knowing it’s not how we treat others as a general rule. You were heard. Bonnie
