Such a beautiful nice little hotel. We recommend booking the rooms in the upper floor- a wonderful view to the sea. Cozy Breakfast room and friendly staff. 5 stars!

Positive: The staff is the best, and there is just such a homey welcoming vibe here. If you¿re looking for a small town feel, family owned type of place, this is it! Negative: Honestly this was sort of a non-issue for us, but on the first floor, the ceilings are quite creaky from the people above. My husband is a light sleeper, so he popped some ear plugs in and we were golden!

Very clean, run by very nice people. Nice variety for breakfast. Place could use updates but for the price you can't go wrong. If I'm at Kennebunkport this is where I'm staying.

This place is cute. When we arrives the staff was already getting our paperwork ready, we booked a last minute stay. Sadly, hot tub was down.. There was a coffee station with homemade muffins next to reception. Our room was clean, pretty basic. Very good location to shops and restaurants, 9 minute drive. The beach was a 3 minute walk, it was awesome to watch the winter surfers. Breakfast was good, the homemade honey and bran muffins were delicious. Thanks for the nice stay!
