Park is open year round. There were rockhounds there in January last year. If there's no snow you can find rocks and if there is the trails are great for snowshoeing and sledding. Not good for skiing.
Open year round, hiking, snow mobiling and snow shoeing during the winter. Can't really dig much to find gems when the ground is frozen.
I don't believe it does because its kept up by a snowmobile club so I'm pretty sure they are open year roud
