I hike these trails with my dogs regularly and I have never seen an ATV on the trails. The info through the city of Auburn indicates no motorized vehicles are allowed with the exception of snowmobiles. I know the Andy Valley Sno Gypsies maintain trails out there and the have a club house on the outer perimeter of the land.

As someone else stated; No. Plenty of ATV trails at the Androscoggin River State Park though.
No atv's allowed. Androscoggin riverlands state park has about 25 miles of trails, atv' s permitted until winter. It's in Turner off rt. 4.
