When we were there...carry-ins are not permitted in the park...But...you get wristbands and can go out to your car 🚗
No carry ins at the beach but you are welcome to eat from our parking area which is not a far walk.
I think the only place it would be a problem would be at the tables around the bar/grill building, but it is posted no carry-ins around the entire beach.
