This was our 5th? Time going and we're thinking our last. Just because our teens are older now. Campground is very well kept and very nice, they have a nice little store with necessities but prices are a little high on food. Don't forget your smores supplies! Lol The pool and bathrooms are nice, they have fun activities for the kids, they have fireworks for the 4th and had a band in 2022 (but not in 2021 when we were there) there's a swingset, gaga ball ring, jumping pillow and of course the water park! They do provide life jackets but all are adult xs or smaller. You can bring your own. People of all ages wear a life jacket (but it's not required) because trust me.... running on that thing and falling in all the time and swimming... you get EXHAUSTED!! You WILL wear your kids out here!! π₯³

I will start by saying that we still had fun. however, the staff are not rude but they are not friendly either. we purchased tent sites and they are very small. my tent was less than 1 foot away from my neighbors tent so it felt like they were in my tent. the parking is very sparse if you want your vehicle by your site. they had "overflow" parking close to the tent sites, but it was only 4 or 5 stalls and they were full from people not staying in the park only visiting. which sounds bad considering they charge you $5 dollars for every car other than 1 at your site. the biggest concern i had was there are only 2 bathroom areas in the park. and pretty much next to each other, so if you have to use the bathroom badly when you wake up be prepared to have a hike to the restrooms. showers are free but not really hot water. we rented a golf cart, and boy, i could walk faster than they are programmed to go. actually its funny they go faster in reverse than forward. craft time is just really going to the park store to get premade crafts you assemble. the items in the store are atrociously high priced and strategic, most are toys that your kid has to have in order to not have a melt down. firewood is a high price for what you get. i drove less than 3 minutes towards a small town after leaving the park and found a much better deal and had wood the entire time. our fire pit ring was rather small compared to the neighbors so it was challenging to cook and sit around it together. next they had a water gun war in the park and people were throwing buckets of water with sand from the beach so it was not fun. they had to tell everyone involved in the game to not use frozen water balloons so it was really badly thought out. the year before had people breaking windows. the "lake" is more of a deep pond really. the photos show the "pond" being way out of proportioned to the actual thing. life jackets are provided for free at the pond for everyone. lastly, i would definitely suggest to anyone who is a light sleeper to bring ear plugs as there is an interstate less than 300 feet from the campground so semi trucks were going by all night. i found it a peaceful white noise but thats me. in all it was fun because we made it fun with family however i would not stay here again.

I rated this campground a 3 because the pond and pool are very clean and well maintained, very clean bathrooms and the bar and grill were super nice. The jumping pillow and playground equipment are also nice but not much else offered for kids to do. One of the biggest complaints that I have is that we booked campsites 104 and 105 which are across from the cabin rentals and guests staying in the cabins consistantly walk through our campsites all times of the day. We stayed during the week and felt there was not a strong presence of adult staff. Our sites had a large amount of space but there are no trees to provide shade and just windy enough for us to not be able to use our awning or a pop up tent. Overall not terrible but would likely not drive the 2 hours to stay again.

Extremely clean, fun, and relaxing campground. Rent a golf cart and tour around the facilities. Campsite are very level and most are full hookup. The inflatable obstacle course was so much fun and definitely a great workout.

Yes it is included (4 adult bands or 2 adults up to 4 kids). If camping with a larger group then it's just $5 for the extra person per day.
Non aggressive breeds are allowed on sites, they must be leashed and supervised at all times. Dogs are not allowed in rental cabins.
Yes they do! They are the same as rivers edge, you can see pics at the rivers edge website, www.riversedgewisconsin.com
They have been open since April. You will not be disappointed when you book here!
Hi there! Sorry we do not.
They do have sewer sites, the rates will have to be checked on their website, cause they are not the same. Family oriented camp ground, was clean and the workers were friendly.
Yes they do and it's pretty affordable
No they don't
We are also sad to see them go. The new managers are also amazing.
parking is near the pond
Tent sites are $50/night on the weekends and RV sites are $65/night. During the weekdays the prices for tents are $40/night and $55/night for RV sites.
Yes we have a Bar & Grill located right on the beach. We have Friday night fish fry & serve broasted chicken on Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise we have a variety of burgers, pizzas, wraps and sandwiches available.
When we were there...carry-ins are not permitted in the park...But...you get wristbands and can go out to your car π
There are a ton of life jackets however that may be a busy weekend....having your own may be a good idea....and depending how young and tough your kids are.....the kids on the inflatables dont always watch what they are doing...my son is 9 and had no problems
Candy bingo u can bring whatever candy u want we brought candy from home some people bought them from the store. For fire wood u dont have to buy it there however i think theres state rules about bringing fire wood into different county's im not sure we bought from a gas station on the way
Its different every day/week for example memorial day weekend we had tye dying tee shirts candy bingo and a few others i forget and they cost between 5 and 20 dollars depending on what activity it is some are free
yes you have to pay even if you're just watching your children
Theres 2 bunk beds in one room one queen bed in another room and a couch its not a pull out tho so i would say 6 unless someone wants to sleep on a couch
Yes you can come for just the day. It's $10 per person
Adults have just as much fun out there as the kids. All ages are welcome :)
