I just spent 3 days at Riverbend. Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Bathroom, shower and laundry room are very clean, which is a big deal to me. There's boating, kayaking; a playground for the kiddos and a pool. Everyone is so welcoming and I'll definitely go back next year!

Friendly campground. Great amenities, clean. They offer activities - ice cream socials, dances, pool games and more. Really nice and helpful staff/owners.

We camped here seasonal in the 90’s and then again for a couple of days this July. Really nice people, nice facility. They were even able to give us our old site we used to camp on! Thanks folks!Glad we could help and thanks for returning 😊

They have a pool which is cool. I had my small dog that had just jumped out of the car and a woman on a golf cart showed up and yelled at me to put my dog on a leash... she was very very rude and like I said we had just come out if the car... my dog is a miniature poodle... and she is a service dog. Anyway the river is nice and we just kayaked down and it goes into a lake that we found a nice beach to swim at. Doesnt seem to be any hiking trails... but again. It has a pool and a river you can enjoy if you have a boat or kayak etc...

We are not open year round. Our season starts in May and ends beginning of October. 2022 Seasonals are full. Monthly sites start at $947 and go up from there for 2 ad Campmaine.com will help you find year round Campgrounds by doing a keyword search.
For 2021 - $30 & $35 / per night for 2 Ad/2kids (plus tax)
Yes it's open to the public. $5/vehicle to launch/park at the ramp for the day. You pay at the office and get a parking pass. Please enter slowly
We allow tenting on any available site. All sites are water and electric. So with shade some without shade. Cost per night plus tax -- $30 & $35 for 2 adults and 2 kids
No I'm sorry we do not have any rentals (RVs or cabins) at our Campground
No we wre not but there are some Campgrounds open year round. Try website -- Campmaine.com it will give you Campgrounds in Maine and you can do a search for year-round ones. I know of a few off the top of my head -- Colonial Mast in Naples and StoneyBrook Recreation in Bethel and a KOA in Freeport or Gardiner. Good luck

I'm not sure about the prices but what I do know is they get booked fast around that time of year because fishing derby's and such. We own a seasonal campsite, and its great! But there's not much to do other then swimming in the freezing pool or fishing.
