Dr. Ramsey Moosavi, Dr. Gargin and the entire Immediate Medical Care establishment is one of the most authentic, genuine and compassionate facilities that my family and I have experienced. I have been Dr. Moosavi’s patient for a while now, he maintains a high and positive spirit while listening and speaking about medical condition (opposed to doctors that can tend to act like your case is a chore). More importantly, you can sense his authenticity and true passion for the medical sciences. He has NO earn for exploitation in any shape or form and it translates through his treatments and pricing. His instructions were very direct and clearly supported by logical/clinical reasoning. I even received a phone call after my appointment where Dr. Moosavi told me he was thinking about my case and that he had thought of another solution; I found this very endearing as well as a true quality of a good doctor. My mother had also seen Dr. Gargin and spoke very highly of her supporting moral (opposed to some doctors that make you feel as if your in a worse condition than you are). The receptionist is also very sweet, she remembered and even asked about my mother when I came in for my appointment. Forever grateful for Dr. Moosavi and his wonderful facility.

Firstly, I would like to say that Dr. Moosavi and Dr. Gargin are both exceptional Doctors and they give their patients the utmost care and respect. In regards to Leila Gasemi's and Shabnam Safarzadeh's comments, I was a witness as to what happened in the office. The patient was inconsiderate, rude, very loud and refused to leave the office. I heard Dr. Moosavi ask her to leave and refunded her copay, but she still refused to leave and continued to interrupt the office and the responsible thing would have been to leave. The police were ultimately called because of her mannerism. There were also several other witnesses in the waiting room that saw her belligerent behavior. In conclusion, it is very inappropriate and vicious behavior to have your daughter who is NOT a patient leave a review. That really shows someone's character. I would highly recommend the office to anyone that wants amazing service!

To the patient who saw Dr Moosavi yesterday regarding lab results, your statement has several incorrect facts. I was sitting in the waiting room and while I couldn't hear the words being spoken, I could certainly discern the tone and you were the one escalating the situation. I don't know what you said but it was a clear insult to Dr Moosavi. You were clearly disrespectful. He asked you to leave and the staff were asked to refund your co pay. Should have been the end of it. BUT you chose to follow him out of the room, and with a raised voice follow him into an unauthorized location, his office! You tried to involve another physician and continued to harass him until the 2nd physician advised the staff to call the police. Even then, you stayed and continued to generally occupy everyone's time until you realized the police were actually on their way. At no time were there any tears in the office. The physicians strived for the sake of their other patients to get you to leave on your own. But apparently the world revolves around you and your needs. And you expressed it very loudly. These are good physicians and I've been seeing them as my PCP for almost 20 years. They are some of the best I've ever been to in my life.
