These manager is pathetic . The manager doesnt care how many people are in line or how long you wait. He actually spent 20 minutes joking with one couple while the only other person there on a sunday afternoon went through 5 customers in the time it took this guy for one. What a second class operation. Dont go there if you expect a reasonable wait. It wont be and he doesn’t care

You can order online and there is a pickup box.
There is a warranty on the machines. They will send you a label and you can send it to them for repairs and they send it back to you. I would imagine that if it breaks after the warranty it is cheaper to replace than repair.
They do not sell coffee machine parts or even coffee machines at the nespresso coffee shops. Try calling customer service for repairs or parts. To purchase a new machine, you can order online or upstairs in Bloomingdales. Macy’s and bed bath and beyond also sell the coffee machines.
They sell all the nespresso coffee at this shop. The original line and virtuoline. They are located inside of Bloomingdales but the are their own shop. The deals on the coffee is better than purchasing through Bloomingdales online. You can mix and match the coffees you wish to purchase. There is usually free items with large purchases or a free sleeve with usually 10 sleeves or more. Signup for email and purchase with your Personal deals. Bloomingdales sells the machines on the third floor.
