TERRIBLE THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. DON'T EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ANY TYPE OF COMMUNICATION. BESIDES BEING WAY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THIER COMPETITOR MERIDIAN, ADVANCED DISPOSAL MAKES IT VERY CLEAR THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. TERRIBLE

If there is one waste removal company that gets minus points, and no star rating, it is Advanced Disposal. In spite of a contract to pick up trash twice from our Hotel, they provided only ONE pick-up in 17 days. Waste was visible from the street. Today is Thursday, and we have had no service which was due on Monday.
