I've been a patient since 2014. In that time I've received excellent care from Dr Hashey and his team. His PA Simona is excellent as are the front desk and other staff. My overall health is far improved and I'm thankful for the care.

I have been looking for a new doctor. After seeing the reviews and more importantly the responses from the owner I have decided I will not be going to this practice. It seems they might be breaching patient confidentiality with their responses. I would suggest any of the reviews I read where this occurred to file a complaint with the Florida Department of Health if you think you have been wronged Edit: thank you for the response, however you have confirmed my suspicion. You clearly can not take constructive criticism from patients and seem borderline hostile to anyone who doesn’t give your practice great reviews. I’d stay far away from this place!

Not sure what happened to this place but it’s horrible. They do NOT respond to their own portal messages, I sent a message last week Monday and still have NOT received a message back. I even called and received a message from the medical assistant that the dr had my results and would get back with me. That was Wednesday. This isn’t the first time this happened but it will be the last. And now they want $25 per family member to get OUR records even after we have been patients there for over 5 years. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. HORRIBLE customer service and extremely unprofessional. Lol to the response below. I received a message from YOUR office staff that my results were received and sent to the dr for review 2 days before I requested my family’s records. Let’s not act like this is simply not responding quickly enough. It has been a week and nothing. Not a call. Not a message. Nothing except for when I contacted you.
