HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in this place. We went here as a family and loved everything about it-the atmosphere, the events, the owners. My kids love camping and we were bummed when camp sites were closed down to COVID, so of course as soon as they opened up we were so excited to go there. My husband called to book the night before we were going. A man, I'm assuming the owner, answered and said it was $25 if you paid with cash and to call him the next day we were on our way. We told the kids, we packed the car, we found a babysitter for our youngest child, and DROVE AN HOUR TO DROP HIM OFF, then we were on our way, called the site and the man answered and said he was at capacity- even though we were promised a spot. All campsites were booked and we then had to turn around and go home. My kids were devastated. We spent our whole night and morning preparing for this camping trip. We were buying a camper next year and were interested in making this place a second home. I'm glad we learned early on how they do their business.

I grew up here as a kid back in the late 70's - early 80's. My grandparents used to live here, and we had a yearly campsite down on what I called the creek. Mind you, I have not been here in years. I still have fond memories of the Gypsy Caravan coming each year and also the Monsanto picnics occuring. Catching nightcrawlers out by the game room/snack bar at night after a rain. Swimming in the pool all summer long... Man, I miss those days...

Friendly owners, well kept kid friendly pool, and fair prices (cash discounts as well as discounts for longer stays). Super close to the creation museum and not too far from the Ark Encounter. Bathrooms are kept very clean!

They have permanent camping but usually a wait list to get in. Seadoo is fine as they have a ramp and you can camp every weekend in weekend spots. Call Tim he maybe able to get you a spot til Oct 31 when they close for season
